If I understand correctly, the idea is that in comparison to the Biblical accounts of both flood and creation of Adam and Eve, this would demand (1) acknowledgement that mutations occur, and (2) an extremely high rate of mutations assuming the historical timeline generally taken from the Bible.
(1) seems fine (I don't know how many creationists might deny mutations); (2) is a challenge.
